In 2003 I graduated from a Maritime College, Baltic State Academy, with a degree in Ship power plant operations. From 2003 to 2005 I worked as a marine engineer on commercial vessels, where I gained valuable experience in operations and repair of ships’ main and auxiliary machinery.  From 2005 to 2006, I worked as a project manager at a shipbuilding factory, where I gained experience in organizing the process of ship repair and the technical aspects of managing this process.  Starting from 2006 I work as the director of "Korabelnoe delo", where I gained valuable experience in organizing delivery of materials, equipment and other supplies to ship owners and companies.

Valentin Budnitskiy - Supply manager

Before joining "Korabelnoe delo" as the supply manager in 2007, I used to work as a motorist on international vessels.  I am able to apply the experiences gained there in my current job.  From my personal experience I know how important the quality and timely supplies are to the daily operations of ships.  Thus, I put all my efforts into making sure the clients are satisfied with the service provided by our company.

Roman Golubtsov  - Supply manager

My first professional experience after graduating from university was working as an engeneer in Kaliningrad at the port and at the shipbuilding factory.  There I learned about ship repairs, planning, keeping repair-related records, etc.  Four years of experience at sea in a position of third engineer not only enabled me to grow professionally, gain experience and work effectively with a large internatinal crew, but also to learn from within about ordering supplies.  I was also able to observe the work of ship chandlers and agents from a wide variety of countries in Europe and Africa.  These first-hand experiences enble me to work effectively with not only crew members, but also ship owners.
